This book is a good read for those who want to rethink their life after their career. It has many good process ideas and a focus on understanding your drivers. Some of the examples seem impractical or idealized because I am just not that introspective! But the book is on-point and will stimulate your thinking if you are planning your transition or feel you may have transitioned without a plan or in a manner that is unfulfilling. Iris
